Representative Pete Aguilar was most recently re-elected to the House of Representatives in 2022 to represent the 33rd Congressional District of California. Representative Aguilar serves as Chair of the House Democratic Caucus and is a Member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the New Democrat Coalition. He serves on the House Appropriations Committee – the committee responsible for allocating funds for all government programs and operations.
Representative Aguilar is a member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, the Congressional Equality Caucus, CAPAC, the Future Forum, the House GIS working Group and the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition.
