Lawmakers issue call to action on soldier bonus repayment situation

In light of reports that California National Guardsmen and women were being forced to repay excess bonuses, Rep. Pete Aguilar called on the Department of Defense to halt the collection process, investigate the situation and waive the recoupment of bonuses.
