Pete Aguilar’s provisions make final defense spending bill

Two critical measures authored by Rep. Pete Aguilar were included in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017, the annual defense policy bill that directs the United States’ defense programs for the fiscal year.
