Rep. Pete Aguilar announces art contest for high school students

Rep. Aguilar announced that his office will hold the Artistic Discovery Contest, a nationwide art competition for high school students. Each participating congressional office will select one art submission from their district to be displayed in the halls of Congress.  Kristina Hernandez from the Redlands Daily Facts has the story here.
